Josh Blank (Maintenance Tech)

I have 8 years of property maintenance experience. I enjoy the industry because it allows me to work with a variety of tools and do different things on a daily basis. When not working I enjoy jet skiing and working on my vehicles. Favorite color is blue.

Dylan Diersen (Property Manager)

I have been managing properties for several years now. My experience started in real estate as my family flipped homes when my dad trasferred duty stations. Once I moved to Appleton I started managing a 20 unit building and went from there! My favorite tool brand is Milwaukee and I ride my motorcycle as often as I can when I'm not working.
