What is the application process?

We have tenants start with an application and then setup a showing. The cost is $25. Then we setup a showing and pick a move-in date!

What are your leasing requirements?

• Anyone over 18 years of age MUST be screened and on the lease
• All requirements can be seen here

What is your pet policy?

We do allow pets in most properties with some restrictions. However, our policy is $250 additional security deposit per pet and $50/month per pet as well.

What are your breed restrictions?
For insurance purposes we do not allow the following breeds:

• Doberman
• Pit Bull
• Rottweiler
• Chow Chow

*certain buildings do have other requirements

What are payment options?

At move-in we require a secured form of payment such as cash, money order or cashier check. After you move in we have online options through your bank which is a $3 fee or via credit card which is 2.9%

What are your hours of operation?

We respond to things during normal business hours. We are open by appointment only.

Our office is at 971 Ehlers Rd, Neenah, Wi 54956. We are in the Smart Real Estate Group Office

When will we receive our security deposit back?

Per Wisconsin law we have 21 days to process and have your security deposit in the mail with an itemized breakdown of charges. A paid final water bill sent to us will speed up the process.
