What is the applicaiton process?

We have tenants start with an application and then setup a showing. The cost is $25. Then we setup a showing and pick a move-in date!

What are your leasing requirements?

• Anyone over 18 years of age MUST be screened and on the lease
• All requirments can be seen here

What is your pet policy?

We do allow pets in most properties with some restrictions. However, our policy is $250 additional security deposit per pet and $50/month per pet as well.

What are your breed restrictions?
For insurance purposes we do not allow the following breeds:

• Doberman
• Pit Bull
• Rottweiler
• Chow Chow

What are payment options?

At move-in we require a secured form of payment such as cash, money order or cashier check. After you move in we have online options through your bank which is a $3 fee or via credit card which is 29%

What are your hours of operation?

We are typically open 8-6pm Monday-Thursday and 8-noon on Friday. By appointment on Saturdays and as needed.

Our office is at 314 S Commercial St, Neenah, Wi 54956. We are in the Smart Real Estate Group Office

When will we receive our security deposit back?

Per Wisconsin law we have 21 days to process and have your security deposit in the mail with an itemized breakdown of charges. A paid final water bill sent to us will speed up the process.
